[ARCHIVED] RAVALLI COUNTY STAGE I AND II FIRE RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED - RESOLUTION NO 3273

RESOLUTION NO. 3273
RESCINDS RESOLUTIONS 3265, 3266 AND 3271, OPEN BURNING RESTRICTIONS AND EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, due to the recent weather changes bringing cooler temperatures and moisture to the area; and

WHEREAS, the risk of fire still warrants “No Open Burning”, per Resolution 3264; and

WHEREAS, the Ravalli County Fire Warden and state and federal cooperators within the South West Restrictions Zone have recommended rescinding Stage I and Stage II restrictions at this time.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the RAVALLI COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISIONERS hereby rescind Resolutions No. 3265, 3266 and 3271, effective September 8, 2015 at 11:00 am.

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2015.
