Department Goals
The department goals steer the collective efforts of IT and provide the basis for defining annual objectives, performance measures, and assessment of benefit/value realization. At a high level, the following goals are persistent and listed in order of priority:
  1. Deliver stable, efficient, and predictable services.
  2. Maximize existing capability investments.
  3. Partner with business leaders to target low-performing/high-value capabilities.
  4. Shepherd strategic alignment of shared capabilities across County services.
